Q. How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?
A. We aggressively list your property and make sure we find the best tenant for you. This Process can take several days and usually lasts under 30 days.


Q. How will you screen my tenant?
A. Tenants are screened thoroughly. We make sure to check income, employment verification, landlord references, credit History, criminal records, and any previous evictions.


Q. Can you please send me the tenants credit report?
A. We provide all Screening information on any potential tenant to the owner.


Q. How soon will my new tenants be moving in?
A. Tenants can move in as soon as possible, as long as the unit is vacant and move in ready.


Q. How do you handle repairs?
A. Tenants can submit all repair requests through the online portal. From there our maintenance team schedules and completes the repair.

Q. Can I do my own repairs?
A. 

Q. My property needs some work before a new tenant can move in. Can you help?
A. Yes. We perform a punch-list inspection before any move in occurs. From there we can perform any needed work to make sure your apartment is ready for your new tenant.

Q. When do I get my rental proceeds?
A. Rental Proceeds are automatically debited into your account. This happens before the 15th of the month.

Q. What if my tenant doesn’t pay?
A. If the tenant does not pay within the grace period then we proceed with all legal notices required to start the eviction process.
